Our client a specialist refurbishment and fit-out contractor that strive to provide the highest quality management solutions, seek to strengthen their Building Services team with an immediate appointment of an Building Services Manager as a result of successful contract awards. This opportunity will suit a proven Mechanical & Electrical Manager, who can demonstrate a steady career background with a main contractor, ideally managing fit out and refurbishment contracts to a services value of £10m. Applicants will be minimum HNC qualified and capable of running a number of smaller M & E projects simultaneously or a high value building services project autonomously.
