M&E Quantity Surveyor

A leading Main Contractor is urgently seeking a freelance M&E Quantity Surveyor to work for their fit-out division in West London. Ideal candidates will be commercially astute with experience or have the ability to undertake estimating. The role will be to provide M&E Bid costs on a limited value or complexity for the construction projects for Business Unit Adjudications ensuring a competitive net bid. Candidates will also take accountability for the M&E tender value and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies. The length of the position will be initially for 3 months with a view to it being ongoing, rate is negotiable.
