Fantastic opportunity to join a global multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. Working on high profile projects, undertaking design and technical assessment work as well as project management duties you will be joining a growing team of engineering and sustainability experts, delivering specialist solutions to a variety of exciting clients. The successful applicant will have a strong consultancy background and will be accredited in one or more BREEAM schemes and have a passion for sustainable design. Essential qualifications include Licensed BREEAM assessor, educated to at least degree level in a relevant discipline, experience of working within a professional consultancy, good communication and written skills & familiarity with current and future legislation, including Building Regulations, London Plan. Desirable skills include BREAAM AP, Low Carbon Consultant, Energy Assessor, EPC assessor ( non domestic to level 4 or 5, using hevacomp and or TAS software), Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor, LEED AP. Core duties include undertaking BREEAM/ Code for Sustainable homes assessments, Assisting with energy strategy reports for planning submissions, Assisting with and completing energy modeling work, Project Management, and Report writing.
