Site Manager

Medium sized contractor specialising in cut and carve refurbishment contracts to £4m have the need for a stand alone site manager to oversee a £1.5m structural residential refurbisment contract in North London. Candidates will have successfully overseen contracts of this nature in the past with reputable contractors in this niche sector and possess Valid SMSTS, First Aid ticket and Scaffolding awareness.  The contract will commence on 16th January and is due to run for 20 weeks.
