This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Administrator to join a leading construction company based in Surrey. Working within a busy team the role will involve providing administration support and liaising directly with training providers and line managers to facilitate targeted and tailored training programmes for each member of staff. Other responsibilities will involve maintaining records, administration of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards, and preparation of monthly reports. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, this position will suit candidates with previous experience of working within a L&D Team along with solid administration skills. In return, the company will offer a generous basic salary and benefits package.
