Design & Build Manager

This is an fantastic opportunity for a Design & Build Manager to join a fast growing Fit-Out and Refurbishment Division within a major main contractor. Having secured a variety of commercial and high class residential schemes, the company are now looking to strengthen their Design Management Team. Key responsibilities will include interrogating designs for ‘buildability’, value engineering, and liaising with external consultants and project teams. The position will ideally suit candidates with a proven background in Design Coordination within the Fit-Out sector.
