Framework Manager

Our client is the affordable housing division of a leading UK Developer/ Main Contractor. They are actively seeking a Framework Manager to work in conjunction with Birmingham City Council on a £3 billion framework scheme encompassing the West Midlands. The successful candidate will need previous framework experience within a development or main contracting discipline. The role involves building a relationship with the customer and/or representatives in order to develop an appropriate workload and to ensure all projects are delivered to the customer satisfaction and in accordance with company delivery standards

Key objectives are

• Develop a mutually rewarding relationship with the customer and representatives.
• Ensure continuously improving performance to ensure the company remains the first choice framework contractor.
• Support the site teams to ensure standards of performance are achieved and continuously improved.
• Ensure the framework delivers expected profit levels.
