Project Manager – Special Systems

One of the UK’s leading main contractors is urgently seeking a Project Manager to manage and oversee the special systems on a new build 20 story tower in London . These include the building’s fire and life safety systems and security (access control and monitoring, CCTV, voice communications). It also involves the building management system (BMS) which controls and monitors all the services which run the building e.g. heating/cooling, lifts, lighting etc. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of all building services; high-rise experience would be preferred. The role will involve procurement and management of the Trade Contractors’ delivery of the systems during the construction phase. There will also be heavy involvement during the commissioning of the building’s services. In return there is a negotiable salary of between £65-70k and the opportunity to work on prestigious project.
