Commercial Manager

This is a fantastic career opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a fast growing Essex based Residential Developer. With an impressive portfolio of new sites in the pipeline, the plan is to expand the business strategically over the next few years. This means that there will be clear opportunities for career development for the Commercial Manager as the business grows. This office based role will involve managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, managing budgets, and ensuring the profitable delivery of new build residential sites ranging from 20 – 300+ units. This position has been designed to suit candidates from a residential developer background and stable track record of permanent employment. In return, a highly competitive remuneration package will be provided including a company car/allowance, bonus, pension, and healthcare.
