They currently have a position available for a Senior Planner to be based in their Kent Head Offices, to over see a team responsible for all east regional based projects. These will include all nature of works from new build, refurbishment and social housing focused projects. Experience in the decent homes market arena is an advantage with a strong residential history essential. The role will require working closely with the Contract Managers in this otherwise stand alone role.
