Our client is an innovative leader in the Social Housing market sector, undertaking new build affordable housing developments and decent homes regeneration schemes. Working closely with the local authority for many years has ensured their place as one of the highest regarded social housing contractor in the industry.
They currently seek a Site Supervisor to assist the Site Management team to efficiently co-ordinate work to regenerate residential developments. Properties will be occupied while internal and external redecoration work is carried out, meaning a well organised programme is essential on site. Knowledge of decent homes schemes is essential and a good technical knowledge will be required to work on the project.
